Over this past month of being pretty much housebound, I have developed a new appreciation for how my fur babies must feel. Day after day they faithfully guard my house. As a result of my increased empathy, I have become a much more considerate pet owner, and have made a point of bonding with my fur babies.
For instance, I now take my dog on longer walks, and I have attempted to put some variety into my cat's diet. I have also started to bring home the occasional treat.
Recently, however I may have crossed the line with some of my Fur Baby surprises as these gifts seem to have brought out some strange behavior. KittenBob, my cat, has become increasingly mellow and less alert. Rocky, on the other hand who has always been a fairly well-trained canine, doesn't seem to pay attention to a thing I say anymore.
I am posting some images of the products I purchased on behalf of my pets. I am also posting some recent photos of their odd behavior. At this point, I am wondering if some form of intervention is necessary, or perhaps someone out there has some advice to offer.
Thanks,
XO Jerry
